Use this page to reach the EduRanked editorial team. We read messages about corrections, missing sources, partnership questions, advertising inquiries, and general feedback on guides. Clear details help us respond faster and fix the live page when something is wrong.
Primary inbox: [email protected]
Please use a specific subject line so we can route your message:
- Correction: factual error, outdated fee, wrong deadline, or broken source link
- Advertising: display, sponsored resource, or newsletter placement (see also Advertise)
- Partnership: non-editorial collaborations, data licensing, or institutional outreach
- Feedback: readability issues, missing topics, or guide requests
How to report a correction (fastest path)
Admissions and tuition pages change. When you spot an error, send:
- The full article URL
- The exact sentence or figure that is wrong
- A link to the official university or government page that shows the current information
- The date you checked that official page (optional but helpful)
We prioritize corrections that affect money, eligibility, or deadlines. When we update a page, the content and modified date reflect the change. Large structural rewrites may take longer than a single-figure fix.
What we can and cannot do
We can: fix documented factual errors, clarify wording that confuses readers, add missing primary sources, and point you to the right official portal for applications.
We cannot: submit applications on your behalf, guarantee admission or scholarships, provide immigration or legal advice, override a university’s decision, or share private applicant data. EduRanked is an informational publisher, not an admissions office or agency.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge correction reports within a few business days. Advertising and partnership emails may take longer depending on volume. If your message is urgent because a deadline is imminent, say so in the subject line and include the deadline date — we still recommend verifying directly with the school while you wait.
Press and institutional inquiries
Journalists and university communications teams can email [email protected] with “Press” or “Institution” in the subject. Please include the pages you are referencing and any embargo constraints. We welcome official clarifications that improve accuracy for students.
Before you write
Many answers already live on site:
- About Us — who we are and how we work
- Editorial Guidelines — accuracy, independence, corrections policy
- Sources & Methodology — how guides are built
- Disclaimer and Terms of Service — limits of our content
- Privacy Policy — how we handle data
If you are writing about a specific school guide, mention the school name in the subject (for example, “Correction — St. Stephen’s tuition”). That helps us open the right draft immediately. If your message includes screenshots, keep file sizes reasonable and highlight the line in question.
Partnership emails should include your organization, the outcome you want (awareness, event registration, tool adoption), and whether you need a labeled sponsorship or only a factual clarification on an existing page. Those are different workflows — mixing them slows everyone down.
Thank you for helping keep EduRanked accurate for the next applicant who lands on the same guide. Serious corrections make the next reader’s decision safer; vague complaints without sources are harder to act on. When in doubt, send the official URL — we will do the comparison.
